Meet our staff members:

Valarie Anderson - Executive Director

Valarie has worked at the Chamber since September 2000. She began her career as Program Director and was then promoted to the Executive Director position in March of 2003. She is a native of Berwick and a graduate of Berwick Area High School. She holds an Associates Degree in Broadcast Communications from Luzerne County Community College, also a B.A. in Communication Arts from New York Institute of Technology. Valarie is also actively involved in numerous community organizations. She resides in Berwick with her family.

Amy J. Shortlidge - Administrative Assistant

Amy accepted the position of Adminstrative Assistant in September 2004. She is a native of Berwick and a graduate of the Berwick Area High School. She is very active in the community as she co-chaired the past five Relay for Life's in Berwick which support the American Cancer Society. Amy resides in Nescopeck with her family.

Christine Pangelinan - Administrative Assistant, Co-op

Christine is currently a Senior at Berwick Senior High School, and is employed at the Chamber through the Cooperative Educatioin Program. She is an honor roll student, and will graduate in June 2008. She plans to further her education by attending college. She resides in Nescopeck with her family.
